As one of my customers I care about both the service and the product you receive from me. Quality is one of my highest priorities and there may be occasions when this doesn’t meet both your and my standards. Please contact me if that is the case.
What is your returns policy?
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Kate Chaytor-Norris accepts returns on items provided it is in an unused condition within 30-days for a full refund of the purchased price. Items that are used or have been damaged after you have received the goods are not eligible for a return or refund
Please note, shipping costs, import/duty, and customs fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned in unused condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
How do I return my order?
To submit your return request, please email me at email@example.com you will need your order number and the postal code from your shipping address, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
It is my highest priority to do my part to ensure the health and safety of my customers. Myself and my shipping partners are working diligently to follow best practices and protocols to ensure your order is delivered safely while COVID-19 is in effect.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once you have completed your return request and have shipped the item to me, a refund will me made within 3 working days.
