Headaches might stem from an overworked liver; an allergy may be rooted in the gut, where most of the immune system resides. When signs become chronic, it’s usually because several systems have slipped out of harmony — which is why quick fixes or single-target treatments often fall short.
Nutritional Therapy allows me to look at the whole person, not just the symptom.
I explore the body’s systems — digestive, immune, metabolic, hormonal, neurological and more — to understand where imbalance has developed and what may have triggered it.

The body is capable of extraordinary healing when given the right conditions. My role is to help uncover what it needs, translate its signals, and guide you towards a more balanced, energised and healthy life.
My job is to work out what the body is trying to communicate through the symptoms that it is producing – which underlying mechanisms are out of balance and then through diet, supplements and often lifestyle changes we work to get all the systems back into balance again.
